Well, after waking up this morning at 9:30, organizing the baby's room a little (by little, I mean a teensy weensy bit), I went back to the bedroom, sat and played sudoku waiting for Sam to wake up, and promptly fell asleep until 12:30. Doh!!! However, we were able to accomplish a few things on the list.
(Part of why we slept so late - found a flea on Chaco-had to vacuum, give her a bath, and do laundry. Also did the dishes while Sam vacuumed. Hope it's the end of fleas in this household.)
This is the list from yesterday:
return not needed items to walmart, target, and babies r us - CHECK
write thank yous
clean baby clothes
get mattress pad for crib - CHECK
batteries for swing and monitor - CHECK
PACK BAG FOR HOSPITAL (should probably be #1)
find camera charger
get pedicure (I could do it myself but it's uncomfortable, plus it's not necessary)
grocery shopping
clean house
clean room
do dishes - CHECK
clean baby's room
do notebook for advance at work to get more money
do research for advance to get more money
Well, 4 things got checked off the list. And we took maternity pictures and went to our last birth class. Yay!
